Mr. Chao has over thirty years of experience in the real estate investment management industry. He has successfully advised his clients in the acquisition of more than $2 billion dollars of real estate in the U.S. Notable transactions include the LAX Marriott Hotel, Sheraton Grande Hotel, Los Angeles; the Inter-Continental Hotel, Los Angeles; the Biltmore Hotel Los Angeles; the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, San Francisco; Hilton Hotel, Fremont; Hilton Hotel, Pleasanton; Marriott Hotel, Torrance and millions of square feet of office buildings, shopping centers, and multi-family units in California and other states.Over the years Mr. Chao has received numerous professional designations such as CCIM, RLI, IREM, SIOR, CPM, CIPS, CEC, ALC and CREA. In addition to his business activities, Mr. Chao has served as committee member & past vice chairman of the International Education Task Force of the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute as well as past president & director of the Chinese American Real Estate Professional Association of Southern California.Mr. Chao is the recipient of considerable awards and honors from various organizations, including “Who’s Who in Commercial Real Estate” by the Los Angeles Business Journal, “Investor of the Year” by California Real Estate Journal, “Who’s Who in Real Estate & Development Industries”, “Who’s Who in Creative Real Estate” ,and “Men of Achievement”. He was selected by the Los Angeles Downtown News as “Top Dealmaker in Los Angeles”. He is a frequent lecturer, writer and often quoted authority on real estate and international matters.He received his BA degree from The University of Chinese Culture and attended graduate school at The University of Idaho.
Senior Member of Investment Group
Terry Lee is one of the senior members in charge of Infinity’s Investment and Administrative activities. He is a veteran in commercial real estate with more than 30 years experience in acquiring, financing, developing and managing a number of real estate assets including hospitality, commercial and residential projects. He has worked with large international hotel and development companies in charge and managing substantial real assets for offshore clients.
Mr. Lee received his MBA degree in 1980 and is a leader within a variety of Asian business communities in California. In addition, Mr. Lee opened 16 hotels in China in the past 8 years and was frequently invited to speak and teach a senior hotel management class in China.
Peter Lu is responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial operations of Infinity Realty Advisors. Over the past years, he has project managed the development of over 75 luxury condo units in the Pasadena, CA area as well as facilitated the financial operations of Infinity’s recent Grandview and Sunwood Apartment complex in Las Vegas, NV. He held the position of Senior Vice President of Real Estate with Hengmao USA, a Chinese real estate investment firm based in California. Prior to this, he has held senior management positions in technology companies in the Silicon Valley. Mr. Lu obtained his PhD in Computer Graphics from the Vienna University of Technology.
Ms. Chao is responsible for financial underwriting, asset management, analyzing investment opportunities, and the execution of property acquisitions.Before joining Infinity Realty Advisors, Ms. Chao was a Portfolio Analyst with Capital Group Private Client Services where she managed and constructed investment portfolios for high net worth individuals and families. She has 8 years of investment industry experience and specializes in customizing strategies for protecting and growing wealth. Prior to her work in private wealth, she spent several years working in alternative investments as a trading analyst for Barclays Capital Special Situations Group and also for the Structured Credit Finance desk at Merrill Lynch in New York City. Ms. Chao holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Marketing from New York University Stern School of Business and is a CFA candidate
William Lee is one of Managing Directors at Infinity Realty Advisors who is responsible for functioning as a liaison to corporate clients in China as well as Infinity’s strategic planning, business development, and customer relations. Mr. Lee has represented various Chinese companies and coordinated with their U.S. counterparts and management. He also has experience in finance as well as real estate investment and development. In recent years, he has successfully helped to acquire development projects in Pasadena and Chino Hills which are now in the planning, design and construction phase. Mr. Li has extensive educational background in U.S., where he received an M.A. in Economics and M.S. in Computer Science. He is currently a PhD student.
Ms. Yeung is the managing director of Infinity Realty Advisors. She began her real estate career in Hong Kong specializing in the development of office buildings in the Shenzhen province. In 2004, she moved to Los Angeles where she began working on land entitlement projects in the Santa Clarita Valley and Moreno Valley and completed over one thousand acres development projects acquisition. Ms. Yeung has also developed several multi-unit condominiums in Pasadena. From 2012, she had completed over $1 billion in commercial real estate transactions including Irvine Hilton, Holiday Inn LAX, Marriott LAX, Torrance Marriott and some other large scaled residential development projects. Ms. Yeung’s comprehensive experience in real estate development and her extensive international network provides her the expertise to lead the investor relations team.
|Stephen Morris, CPA, CCIM
Stephen Morris is responsible for investment financing, acquisition and disposition, and investor relationships. He has been active in accounting and finance roles for over 12 years. Before joining Asia Pacific Capital, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Brantrock Advisors Inc., an investment management firm where he oversaw accounting, tax, and finance related functions for a $50 million private family foundation as well as several real estate funds based in Las Vegas. Prior to this, Mr. Morris served as a financial analyst at Watt Commercial Properties, where he prepared and developed financial models to analyze project feasibility. He began his career with Ernst & Young, LLP in the real estate audit practice where he served as a senior auditor.
